This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: Checked the waiting room bathroom, Offered to help mentor a new employee, checked all the exam rooms and left the doors open prior to closing, answered the phone while working in the back, helped out in the front office during opening rush when I was assigned to the back, tidied up the waiting room, offered water to the waiting room patients, greated someone who just walked in the door, took the red bar off and opened the doors right after the huddle (ASAP), turned on all the computers in the morning, offered to help a lead, said please and thank you to a teammate, said please and thank you to a patient, gave stickers to a pediateric patient, helped tidy the parking lot, took out the trash, wore my nametag all week, did not use a "missed punch sheet" all week, offered for a patient to send their Rx to Imperial Pharmacy, complimented a teammate, parked in the designated areas for employees, asked a sports physical patient to confirm the spelling of their name and birthday (and wrote it legibly), took an open shift or helped out when another teammate called out for an emergency/illness and greated a patient when they walked in the door.
