This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: The most blatant cash grabs in the main series are enhanced versions like Emerald, Platinum and USUM, While definitely not bad, Dialga and Palkia are the worst pair of boxart legendaries, I find almost-all-black shinies like Haxorus ridiculously ugly to the point of being kind of hard to even look at, I prefer gimmicks that are exclusive to certain Pokemon, because it allows that particular Pokemon to shine in different ways, Leon's ace being a Charizard makes total sense, and is a more unique choice for a champion ace than something like Dragapult, Pokemon fans are way too obsessed with "special" and "equal" treatment, In order to beat the "same game" alligations, Pokemon games should've abandoned the gym circuit plotline at Ruby and Sapphire at the latest, Filler episodes in the anime are essential for worldbuilding, even if a lot of them are boring or formulaic, Salamence is super lame, Driftveil City's theme is kinda forgettable, I think the Hisuian starters are one of the best trios, possibly the best, Swampert is cool, but is sort of lame for a starter design and as a progression from Mudkip, TPC glazing Charizard is funny. Pokemon fans glazing Charizard is annoying, Ash's Kalos team is relatively boring and pretty overrated, I find the Japan based regions to be significantly more generic and boring than later regions, which are more unique in terms of their culture and worldbuilding, I don't care too much for plushies and find other forms of merch more interesting, The vast majority of Pokemon designs are at least a 7/10, and most generations are more or less equal in terms of designs, Iron Treads is one of the best Violet Paradox Pokemon and one of the better Paradoxes in general, Johto has the worst starters and it isn't even close, I think Skeledirge and Quaquaval are the best starter designs ever made conceptually. If their execution was a little cleaner, they would be beloved, I think a lot of the older games had good ideas in regards to things like grinding or HMs, that we lost in modern games, but were horribly excecuted, My favorite mainline games are both Legends games, Captain Pikachu is a significantly more entertaining character than Ash's Pikachu and I like the large number of Legendary and Mythical Pokemon we have.
