This bingo card has a free space and 29 words: Mental Health issues aren't real illnesses, Poor mental health is just an excuse for bad behavior, Mental health issues are caused by bad parents, People with mental health issues are dangerous, You can't recover from a mental illness, People struggling with mental health are weak, No place will hire you if you struggle with mental health, Children can't have mental health issues, Depression isn't an illness, everyone gets sad, You have to have been in the military to have PTSD, Taking prescribed meds for mental health is bad for you, If I go to therapy, people will think I'm crazy, Everyone with mental health issues are poor, You're less intelligent if you have a mental illness, You can't have a healthy relationship if you have poor mental health, People with poor mental health can snap out of it if they try, Mental health conditions are rare, Therapy and medication are ineffective, My therapist is going to tell my parent/guardian everything I say, Talking about your problems only make them worse, Prioritizing your mental health is selfish, Asking for help shows that you're weak, Therapy is only for people with a lot of problems, I can just use drugs or smoke whenever I feel bad, I can't do anything to change the past, so there is no use in dwelling on it, I'm probably the only one going through this, Smoking/using drugs is self care or a coping skill, I shouldn't talk to someone about my problems cause I'd be a burden and In therapy I'll have to talk about things I don't want to.
