The “charachters” are sitting around a camp or smth, and talki, After back & forth w/ Claude we came up with this outline:, Structure:, Open mid-scene: last day of Philmont, basecamp visible, group breaking down (2-3 sentences max, drop the reader in), Orator speaks: retells the moment, admits the anger, names what the anger actually was (refusal to let the shared story end badly), Environmentalist responds: one line, grounding the moment in the physical reality (pack weight, weather, the logic of why people had no excuse), Beat of silence, then the Leader just stands up and walks. No speech. Action., DM steps back: "I built these characters out of four years." Brief, 1-2 sentences per character. What each one carries. and DM calls the next arc: college, environmental law, Southwest water. The party was built for this specific fight. The campaign starts now..
