Stakeholder:'asap / yesterday'.. then takes days to share what is needed for the research, 'I have previous experience in research' when they haven't xo, Goes out of their way to find a participant on Instagram, editing prototype mid session, Insists on a pixel perfect prototype, "Yeah I'll get that brief filled out for you." Two weeks later..., latches on to the quote "my mum wouldn't be able to do this" when the participant could do it and 'avin a laff in the chat instead of writing notes in the Mural board.
