This trail has approximately 2,744 steps…, Have a Master’s degree in Acquisition graduated top of my class, I once built houses for habitat for humanity., Our dog is a French mastiff named after a character from the novel Sirens of Titan (Vonnegut, 1959)., 9 Grandchildren and 1 great-Grandchild, Graduated the Naval Acquisition Development Program, Deployed to the Middle East 5x (appox 3 years of my military career) countries include (Saudi, Kuwait, Qatar, Iraq (x2), I worked in one of Saddam Hussein's palaces., I graduated from high school the same year the Oprah Winfrey Show first aired and Lady Gaga, Usain Bolt, Lindsay Lohan, and Drake were born (1986), Graduated University of Maryland and University of Oklahoma without taking a class on either campus., I am a VCU Ram and a top fan of the VCU Men’s Basketball Team., Modeling (Hair & Clothes), My favorite restaurant is Fuddruckers, I've been on research cruises as a researcher, Navy cruises in uniform, but have never taken a vacation cruise., I was a ‘Zebra Mascot’ for my Junior High cheerleading team, I’m a Florida Gator, I once had my picture on the cover of a construction trade magazine, while assembling scaffolding., I swam with dolphins on my honeymoon., I studied Nursing at College, Fear of trying new food, Lived in Hawaii for about 3 yrs, First flight was at 23 years old. Had a fear of flying until I had to fly for work with only 3 days notice…, The span between my grandfather and my daughter is 127 years., State bowling championship team as a kid., Played a Division I sport (soccer), Monkeys have attacked me for bananas., I have over 97 cousins (1st and 2nd ) from my mother’s (49) and father’s side (48) combined. My mother was one of 11 children and my father was one of 10 children., Appeared on an episode of C-SPAN’s series on Alexis de Tocqueville, I love anime and video games, I enjoy running and working out, I was born with an “accessory digit” on my left hand, which wasn’t removed until I was 22., Have a Ranch, In our first season of owning season tickets the Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl., 36-years of DOD/Federal Services in the Acquisition Career field, Love to try different types of food, I have been to 48 states (Maine and Vermont are the only ones I haven’t been to), I started at OPM the same year the iPhone was released and my first iPhone was confiscated by OPM security during my first visit to the mine in Boyers (2007), Visited Paris more times than Washington D.C., I began my contracting career in the NAVSEA Intern Program and completed the program., Mentor-Young Ladies with low esteem, I’m left handed, Previously worked as a ‘Medical Transcriptionist’ for the local Medical Center, I do not swim underwater., I graduated college at the University of Delaware, I worked for Texas Instruments doing injection molding for computer elements, Completed 2017 Seagull Century bike ride (106.5 miles in 7.8 hrs), Have approximately 77 freefall skydives, Licensed foster parent, I flew on a plan from Puerto Rico to a foreign country, and entered that country with a sharp 6” knife in my carryon bag. Truth was, it was a scuba diving knife but nonetheless scary looking and sharp., Retired from the Marine Corps., As a teenager, a baby elephant knocked me over in front of a bunch of cute boys, I used to be a soloist in my high school choir, In the last 10 years, I have had my driver’s license and car registration in 6 different states., My alter ego is a cat… what can I say I love cats more than most humans, Been a pageant contestant – won a title, Closet Comedian ;-), We have kids that were born in Alaska and Hawaii, Worked for 6 different agencies, so far, in my career but have never moved., I absolutely can’t watch horror movies, The weirdest job I ever held was as a substitute lifeguard at a waterpark, operating the start gate at the top of a near-vertical slide, and people’s swimsuits would get severely displaced from the water pressure., I am hoping no one knows these, I talk to much lol :), Enjoy SCUBA diving, Primary Marksmanship Instructor for the Marine Corps., At the wee age of 18, I explored the night skies of Bavaria in a Black Hawk with the snazzy Night Vision Googles (NVGs)., I like to Hunt, Favorite movie is sleepless in Seattle, For fun and relaxation, I am currently doing a historical restoration on an 1850’s S-curve roll-top oak desk., Competed in .50 caliber machine gun competition for the Marine Corps. and I love candles and scents.
