This bingo card has 16 words: phone rings more than 3 times, table not wiped 2 minutes after guests leave, server misses greet time, recook check, guests complain about to-go food, 2 tables seated w/o a feature book, broken dishes, server walks out no hot food, feature books left on table while dining, I make change 2x, I get ice 3x, "did you cut", FOH members complain, greeter walks to table too fast, people on cell phones and Smiles :).
