(sits for 20min or more after paying check), 20% or more tip, splits check more than 2 ways, leaves their card behind, guest is in a "hurry", a guest has "nice shoes", you help seat 3 or more tables, "This isn't the menu i saw...", asks for Wi-fi and "what's your favorite dish".
