This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: Rule One: Respond when someone speaks to you., Rule Two: Make eye contact when you are speaking to someone, or they are speaking to you., Rule three: If someone in our class wins a game or does something well, we will congratulate that person. If you win or do well at something, you do not brag. If you lose, do not show anger. Instead, say something like, “I really enjoyed the comp, Rule Four: When you see a teacher, it is polite to greet them by saying things like, “Good morning, Mrs. Cooper” or “How are you today, Mrs. Cooper?”, Rule Five: If someone asks, “did you have a nice weekend?” you should answer the question and then ask a question in return., Rule Six: If someone drops something, pick it up, and hand it back to them., Rule Seven: When you cough, sneeze, or burp, it is appropriate to cover your mouth. Afterward, you should say “excuse me.”, Rule Eight: Do not roll your eyes or show disrespect with gestures., Rule Nine: Always say “thank you” when I give you something. If you do not say it within three seconds after receiving the item, I will take it back. There is no excuse for not showing appreciation., Rule Ten: At times, I will give rewards for good behavior, academic performance, and other acts worthy of praise. If you ask me for a reward, however, it will not be given. It is rude to ask if you are getting something for an action. You should b, Rule Eleven: Surprise others by performing random acts of kindness. Go out of your way to do something kind and generous for someone., Rule Twelve: When you have a substitute teacher, you will follow the same expectations that you follow when I am with you. This can be hard to do, but it is important to show respect and good manners., Rule Thirteen: At ACM, we wear uniforms. Take pride in your appearance by following the uniform guidelines., Rule Fourteen: When in the hallways, we walk silently, in a straight line, and with our hands by our sides., Rule Fifteen: When in the cafeteria, stay in your seat and talk with your friends at a volume level 2. Do not share food with others, and do not save seats. If someone wants to sit down, let him or her., Rule Sixteen: When in the restroom, do it quickly and silently and wash your hands before returning to class. Do not leave trash behind, and do not stand in the restroom and talk to your friends., Rule Seventeen: At recess, play and have fun. Make sure to include everyone, to show good sportsmanship, to keep your hands to yourself, and to stay within view of a teacher., Rule Eighteen: When you go through a door, if someone is behind you, hold the door open for that person., Rule Nineteen: If you bump into someone, even if it’s not your fault, say excuse me., Rule Twenty: At an assembly, do not talk to your friends or look around and try to get their attention. We must be polite audience members and uphold an image that shows we have our act together at ACM., Rule Twenty-One: When riding on a bus, sit on your bottom and face forward. You should never turn around to talk to another student or get out of your seat. When you exit the bus, say thank you to the bus driver and tell them to have a nice day.
