This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: I must maintain pandemic productivity at the same pace as pre-COVID, I feel like I should automatically "get it", When people compliment me, I assume they're just being nice, I should be able to do everything myself, I always apologize for mistakes or for not knowing something, I avoid expressing confidence because I think people will see it as obnoxious or overcompensating, I don't feel like I belong, I usually qualify my comments by saying "This may not be right, but...", I always assume I will fail so I won't be disappointed when I do, Eventually people will realize I am underqualified for my role, I don't let people see me studying or working too hard, I attribute accomplishments to something other than myself, I tend to panic before presentations & interviews, I feel like I should succeed at everything that I do, I typically assume that other people are right, I judge how I'm coping with quarantine based on how others are coping, I don't tell anyone that I feel like an impostor, I never let on when I do not know how to do something, I'm a fraud and it's just a matter of time before everyone finds out, I think I was hired or admitted because of some kind of mistake, When someone uses an unfamiliar word, I assume everyone else understands, I always explain why I don't deserve a compliment, Lately I've tried to compensate for lost WFH productivity by working longer hours and I should be able to anticipate problems before they happen.
