This bingo card has 20 words: Admirer of all things genuine – good scotch, craft beer, rock & roll/outlaw country/old school rap, and Labrador retrievers, My current passion is archery, After years of listening to bad bands in bars I put my own band together about 15 years ago and, aside from the lockdown, we still play clubs on a weekly basis, I drive standard, do not like driving automatic, been shot at and in prison 3 times before the age of 6 while trying to escape a certain country, I am a lead singer, rhythm guitarist, percussionist for a live band (before Covid hit of course), I am in a movie for 9 seconds in the rock band Rush’s movie debut: “ Beyond The Lighted Stage”, I cuddled a moray eel (while scuba diving), I’m a recent published author of an academic paper based on my master’s research, which speaks to the importance of networks to help women founders grow their tech-based companies, I used to be a teacher, Hockey nut – life-long devotee as a player, coach, fan, and hockey dad, Every year on the labour day weekend I bike from Port Credit to Niagara on the Lake and back., I am a world-class klutz, My most unusual pet(s) was two mice – Bright eyes and Snowball, I have no musical talents (according to my wife), I have 4 beautiful daughters (18, 16, 13, 9), In a 10 year period I ran 5 full marathons and 7 half-marathons – ( that’s why my right knee have little cartilage left lol), I have been charged by Rhinos on more than one occasion, I love real estate and have substantially renovated (and built one from the ground up) five houses in Toronto. Even after the challenges of the build I am in now (my builder abandoned me part way through), I plan to do more. and I have travelled to over 40 countries.
