This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: "we just don't know how to help you", take away tablet, lecture about how dropping out is a bad idea, "these are the best years of your life", attempt to implement a new daily routine to help, have to remind them what slack is again, set up video call with coordinator, "we're just worried about you", "there's something you're not telling us", "trust is something built up over time etc etc", conversation goes on for at least 45 minutes, they make it all about them somehow, "you're almost 17 you have to be more responsible", plan to talk about it in family therapy. again, grabbing a cat to pet to calm myself down, threaten to search my room, blame technology, "we're always here if you need to talk", at least one person ends up crying, get called lazy, "how could you let this happen again", i have to make eye contact the entire time, "walk us through what's going on in your brain" and ends with saying we'll talk about this again (we will not).
