This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: No training before launch, Reports / history not imported from MTC, No link to new site sent out, Engineers can't login to site, Still need to disable firewalls to upload reports, New site can't handle server load on launch, Reviewers can't approve reports, Clients can't access site, Clients aren't told about new report management site, Reports filed under wrong clients, New site isn't accessible until later than promised date, New site is so dysfunctional they restore MTC, Shutting down MTC breaks another system that never should have been relying on MTC, but was anyways, IT HelpDesk completely unhelpful with new site problems, New site only works in one browser. The browser in question is different for every engineer, New site doesn't track any of the KPIs it is supposed to, Somebody decides we need to upload reports to new site and MTC. We swear this is temporary. We promise, New site isn't up in time for the end of the month, New site is missing obvious features that would have made engineering's life easier, People in charge never acknowledge that the new site rollout was a mess, Uploading reports is more difficult / takes longer than on MTC, New site works for some Intertek locations, but not all, Reports can't be downloaded from the new site and New site sends excessive amount of notification emails.
