(with pointing gesture), raises hand- only question asked "can I get a drink", phone out multiple times (at least 3), "It wasn't me", "I need a Pencil" (only ten minutes left of class), out of seat multiple times (at least 3), "He hit me first", pops water bottle, "I was at my locker" (walks in 15 minutes late no pass), talking loudly over teacher, "why are you only picking on me", "let me see my grades" (does no work- surprised is failing), "headphones and music help me concentrate", acts surprised there is a food rule, "mister" (whining tone) and eats Takis despite no food rule.
