This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: members saying "I've been a member since *insert year here*", one of us having to pause and notate an account, TCR breaking or having an error, either not signing a receipt in dt, or signing it when you don't need it, wads of crumpled, banded, or mutilated bills, cash counter error on 5's, telling us the ATM isn't working even though the sign says it's closed, members sitting in the lobby without checking in or saying literally anything, teller line door not closing or lock is breaking/not working, members breaking the coin machine by shoving too much coin into it, members getting upset with verification process, ITC or Symitar down, members buzzing in just to ask if they can make a deposit or withdrawal, pin pad not working, card machine breaking or having an error, member saying "I have to lift my hat, but people can wear masks?", having to turn off the music because an inappropriate song comes on, ATM breaking or having an error, members walking straight into an office, members asking about the mural, member saying something about the lobby being closed on Saturdays, member saying "green", "spendable", or "American" when you ask how they'd like their bills, member walking up with a long transaction right as you're trying to get to break and receiving candy/gifts from members.
