CPR/First Aid Refresher

This bingo card has a free space and 35 words: Do not give care but instead call 9-1-1, Check-Call-Care, Child not breathing, unresponsive, life-threatening bleeding, Unusual appearances or behaviors, unusual noises or odors, PPE and Handwashing, No more than 5 to 10 seconds, Call 9-1-1 and get equipment or tell someone to do so, Signs & symptoms, allergies, medications or medical conditions, 1 second, 30 compressions to 2 breaths, Re-tilt the head to ensure airway is properly opened & ensure nose & mouth are properly sealed, In the middle of the abdomen, just above the navel, Encircling thumbs technique, Hard surface, 2 initial breaths, To allow the chest to fall and the air to exit, Shoulders directly over hands & lock elbows to keep arms straight, Cool the burn under clean, cool running water for at least 10 minutes, ideally 20 minutes, Loss of consciousness and headache, Assist them with administering aspirin and help the person rest in a comfortable position and loosen tight clothing, Epinephrine, The person has a life-threatening bleeding from an arm, Apply direct pressure directly on the wound with 2 hands until the bleeding stops or tourniquet is available, Have the person remain in the position they were found, Assist the child with administering their quick-relief medication, Chest thrusts, Naloxone, Immerse the person up to their neck in cold water, Back blows and chest thrusts, Volume and flow, Standing and bending forward at the waist; upper body as parallel to the ground as possible, Kneel behind them, Depth is about 1 1/2 inches and a rate of 100-120 compressions per minute, Depth is at least 2 inches and a rate of 100-120 compressions per minute and Depth is about 2 inches and a rate of 100-120 compressions per minute.
