This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: you see a customer shopping into their own bag & tell a manager, every item (2+) in a transaction has a cat on it, or is a cat, you handsell a book from the art section, you ring up 2+ different titles by a single author in a transaction, you face out a book and then notice that it sold within 24 hours, you can't find a customer you were just helping because you forgot what they looked like, and everyone looks the same today, you handsell a history book, you wish you could have some caffeine but it is too late in the day, a child is crying, but not shedding tears, you are thirsty & you can't remember where your water bottle is, you help a customer who broke a gift item, customer mistakes you for an different employee who was just helping them, you are disappointed in what you brought for lunch, you mis-hear a customer due to the plexiglass between you, you show a customer the PNW gift section, customer asks you where to eat in the neighborhood, you see a customer who sort of looks like a famous person, a customer wearing a christmas sweater, you find a book the internet runner could not find on the first try, it's raining out, a customer can't remember the email on their ISP, "service animal" with a blue collar, you make a customer happy by finding what they want and a customer is sad because we are out of a book, you offer an alternative which they reject.
