This bingo card has 36 words: "can I borrow a pen?", "I swear I returned that", "where is the restroom?", "my card is in the car", patron sets off book alarm, expired library card, "can you do it for me?", tries to pay a tiny fine with a $20, loud cellphone call, "it was like that when I checked it out", toddler being loud while mom does nothing, "it must be fun to get paid for reading all day", patron talking to self, unattended child, audible music from headphones, patron taking a nap, forgotten pin number, needs to renew books/DVDs, asks for bag, lost their library card, says another library did it, refuses to speak to a specific librarian, "you'll have to go to to the back", "I can't walk that far, can you come up here and do it?", wants change for printer/copier, is surprised about fees, picks up ILL, talks unnecessarily long to us, does not have a library card, wants to know about computer classes, can't find the book even though you told them where to look, "you look like you have the fun job", says they don't know how to work smartphone, complains that the child computer is turned off, large family wants to make cards for EVERYONE and "problem child" comes in.
