This bingo card has 25 words: someone hands you their card, you have to show someone how to use the eftpos machine, people in store after 5pm, someone asks a question completely unrelated to my job, someone is annoyed because they have a parcel to collect, have to call customer up multiple times, customer walks up to you while you're still clearly busy, customer doesn't say a word to you for entire transaction, customer goes out of their way to be actually nice to you, customer complains about something that we can't control, sticks stylus perpendicular into the machine, customer is rude/mad for no good reason, passport is sent away, customer thinks they know better, customer doesn't know which counter to go to, customer doesn't know which counter to go to even after you were the only one that called them, customer on the phone at the till, someone thinks you're activating the pinpad but you're just pressing a button for them, leaning around the screen because we can't hear anything, uses stylus as a pen/pen as a stylus, 'wow! never seen the post office so quiet?', someone tries to pick something up that they've already collected, someone says they don't have to pay, they are shocked at the price of an international large letter and steamrolled.
