This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: heightened &/or decreased senses, can be sensory seeking or avoidant; prone to frequent sensory overload & lead to meltdowns or shutdowns, rocks back and forth, flaps hands, hums, etc as a way to self-regulate, change is HARD and scary. thrives off of routine &/or a set of self imposed "rules", can be seen as childkike in appearance; the way they dress, act, talk, or in their interests, info dumps about special interests to anybody who will listen, even if you know they don't care about the topic, prefers to stay home/in your safe space; leaving causes a lot of anxiety, doesn't understand or care about social "rules" or "norms" & thus is more likely to identify as LGBTQIA+, co-morbidities such as anxiety (especially social anxiety), depression, OCD, ADHD, PMDD, POTS, IBS, etc. &/or being misdiagnosed with PDs like BPD, ASPD, etc, struggles with emotional regulation, can be prone to sudden outbursts of anger, frustration or crying; can cause meltdowns or shutdowns, eye contact feels too intimate & uncomfortable a lot of the time, didn't start speaking until a later age than normal (3+) OR started speaking very early & with an advanced vocabulary, nonverbal, semi-verbal, or goes temporarily mute during metldowns or shutdowns, flat affect/tone of voice, speaks quietly & has blank facial expressions OR an exaggerated tone of voice & facial expressions & speaks very loudly, poor coordination, clumsy, lacking spacial/body awareness, prone to motion sickness, naive, "innocent", overly trusting, gullible, takes things at face value, is prone to being conned, taken advantage of, or even abused, often feeling misunderstood, like a fraud, like you're performing social interactions, like people don't know the REAL you, repeats words or phrases heard from others (echolalia), felt older than peers as a child, but feels younger than peers as an adult, has a strong sense of justice & fairness; is very loyal, honest & has a hard time lying, feeling an overwhelming sens of empathy but not knowing how to express it, struggles to remember & follow through with seemingly simple every day self care tasks (hygiene, eating, cleaning, etc.), scripting/practicing social interactions a head of time & studying how others interact with people to appear more "normal", is friendly, but struggles making & maintaining meaningful friendships & relationships and doesn't like suprises/not knowing the plan; a change of plans can be very distressing.
