This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: took and charted vital signs, completed and charted a head to toe assessment, charted intake and output, charted a full pain assessment (COLDSPA), phlebotomy, foley/straight catheterization, NG placement, IV insertion, checked a blood sugar level, educated a patient, gave a bed bath, changed bed linens, had a patient doing yoga in their room :D, completed clinical without punching your patient :D, you go into an isolation room, help with repositioning a patient, saw a bad nursing practice & discussed it in post-conference, was able to relate something back to theory (talk about in post-conf), looked up your patient's medications while on the unit, took out an IV, removed an old bandaid from a patient, found something (cap, alcohol swab etc) in the patient's bed, you said "let me ask your nurse" and you perform hand hygiene.
