I do think there are only a few people in the world that appreciate my humor, in winter I only wear mittens because my pinkies are too short, every winter when it starts freezing and snowing, me (and my roommates) have a barbecue and fireplace on our balcony., when i was younger i wanted to become an actress, When I was about 12 years old, I was accepted into the pre-conservatory program for classical ballet, I have sailed in all 5 oceans of the world :), I light up when I am talking about food and will endlessy mention that I like something when I think it's tasty, I can cross-eye only with one eye, When i was a kid, i wanted to be in the circus, so i got a unicycle for my birthday and even used it to go to school, I named my first (and only) car I have owned, a campervan named Taro (it means eldest son in Japanese and is also a song from Alt-J about a female war photographer and her love), I was a cheerleader for 1 year, I was club champion at the gymnastics club when I was 16, I'm family of the famous dutch painter Johannes Vermeer, I think with so many women in our groups, we might need less beer, more wine, I successfully completed my bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, even though I failed my final exams on biology in high school (twice…) and I’m quite vain when it comes to my hair… so vain indeed that when I applied for my first job in de PMC, I apparently got the nick-name “James Bond”..
