This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: "can I go smoke?", sits in regular chair instead of exam chair, stares at you while sitting and just says "..yes?' when called to exam room, "when does the gift shop close?", takes call in exam room or at testing, knocks on door after hours, looks for bathroom within office despite being told it's in the hall, wearing fabric mask below nose, tilts head almost 90 degrees when asked to move to other chin rest in OCT or VF, comes in asking where their appointment is, which isn't here, "I can't see anything" when BCVA is 20/50 or better, "do I need to come?" - visitor accompanying pt that clearly needs assistance, thinks they're getting cataract surgery at their pre-op appt, requests refill despite late to f/u, tries to go into chin rest/forehead rest w/ baseball cap on, under the influence, immediately REMOVES glasses for VA check, "I thought you just did that" when going to administer dilating gtts, "NO" when asked if it's better 1 or 2, complains about parking, nearly poetic responses during refraction, gets out of wheelchair suspiciously fast, eating during exam and basically brings entire family into exam room.
