This bingo card has 16 words: someone asks for snack/pantry, right printer jams, joshua calls, patron falls asleep, new library card sign-up, someone mentions how nice the weather is, someone calls for another branch (when we could totally help them), someone asks how to log into the computers, someone asks for headphones or a charger, a baby cries, a loud and/or drawn out phone call, patron trying to do something just before close, "do you have notary services?" or "do you accept donations?", patron has a phone call on speakerphone, a receipt *somehow* prints and a book needs to be thrown away.
