  3. Arrival/dismissal duties as assigned by your SL
  4. Attend any assigned cohort or SpEd meetings
  5. Attend GL meetings
  6. Support GE teachers with accommodated work and assessments
  7. Attend IEP meetings as needed
  8. Develop and implement behavior management techniques
  9. Prepare for and attend bi-weekly SPED team data meetings
  10. Create and update sub binder with student snapshots, schedules, support materials, etc.
  11. Enter minutes into Welligent by 4pm on Friday
  12. O3 with your Program Specialist
  13. Respond to emails and calendar invitations within 24 hours
  14. Weekly lesson plan is submitted by EOD Friday
  15. Attend PT conferences for students on your caseload
  16. Attend SpEd/LT monthly meetings
  17. Document any missed service minutes/create plan for make-ups
  18. Update Welligent progress reports
  19. Execute all lessons for all groups and keep notes on status
  20. Materials copied & prepped
  21. Facilitate small group testing as needed
  22. Communicate with parents regularly as needed (respond to all parent inquiries/concerns within 24 hours)
