This was decided before we came City leaders aren't listening to us Is there even a traffic study? No one will be able to afford apts We should just wait! Property values will decrease I'm angry so I came to this meeting Not enough water capacity We don't want them driving in our neighborhood Developers just build these to get rich We don't want low- income here Schools will get overcrowded Elected officials in pockets of developers Staff wouldn't answer my questions Other cities should help with high- density Crime will increase General Plan isn't being followed Apartments don't bring property tax We don't need more high- density! Staff doesn't know what they're doing Traffic will increase Everything should stop and be reevaluated I didn't get notice We need more single-family homes Outsiders should stay outside What about the children? This is poorly planned density Won't be enough parking! City will get less sales tax This was decided before we came City leaders aren't listening to us Is there even a traffic study?
