  1. Nose, bellybutton, and big toe on the bottom of pool at the same time
  2. Spin in a circle with head above water and feet off the ground. NO HANDS!
  3. Do 4 BR kicks on your back where knees never touch surface
  4. Laying on stomach, swim backwards without kicking
  5. 5 Flips in 10 seconds
  6. Splash the deck by making underwater waves only.
  7. Swim width of pool with Rubber Duck on head
  8. Perform a cannonball from pool deck with biggest splash possible
  9. Jump in pool with splash higher than Coach's Shoulders from deck
  10. Float on your back with your face above water and all 10 toes and both of your thumbs (but not hands).
  11. Do 3 Bottom of the pool push-ups w/out floating up
  12. Float like a star on your back for 15 seconds without kicking or moving hands.
  13. Float in middle of water on side in "Goldilocks Zone"
  14. Swim like a Dolphin in the shallow end
  15. Jump in water with splash lower than Coach's Knees
  16. Swim to 1/2 way with no breath and only 3 strokes
  17. Streamline w/ a free kick as long as you can UH2O
  18. Sit on the bottom with legs crossed and hands on knees. Hold for 2 seconds.
  19. Do 5 log rolls on top of the water without stopping
  20. Float on your back, on the surface, keep both feet touching the wall. Hold it for 5 seconds.
  21. Lay on your side and paddle your arm like a canoe, not pushing past your hips.
  22. 2 consecutive backflips with no arms
  23. Do an IM for the width of the pool. At least one of each stroke.
  24. Hold an underwater handstand for 3 seconds
