  1. Jump in pool with splash higher than Coach's Shoulders from deck
  2. Swim like a Dolphin in the shallow end
  3. 2 consecutive backflips with no arms
  4. Streamline w/ a free kick as long as you can UH2O
  5. Swim width of pool with Rubber Duck on head
  6. Laying on stomach, swim backwards without kicking
  7. Float on your back, on the surface, keep both feet touching the wall. Hold it for 5 seconds.
  8. Sit on the bottom with legs crossed and hands on knees. Hold for 2 seconds.
  9. Do 3 Bottom of the pool push-ups w/out floating up
  10. Float like a star on your back for 15 seconds without kicking or moving hands.
  11. 5 Flips in 10 seconds
  12. Lay on your side and paddle your arm like a canoe, not pushing past your hips.
  13. Do an IM for the width of the pool. At least one of each stroke.
  14. Perform a cannonball from pool deck with biggest splash possible
  15. Nose, bellybutton, and big toe on the bottom of pool at the same time
  16. Do 4 BR kicks on your back where knees never touch surface
  17. Spin in a circle with head above water and feet off the ground. NO HANDS!
  18. Jump in water with splash lower than Coach's Knees
  19. Swim to 1/2 way with no breath and only 3 strokes
  20. Do 5 log rolls on top of the water without stopping
  21. Float in middle of water on side in "Goldilocks Zone"
  22. Hold an underwater handstand for 3 seconds
  23. Float on your back with your face above water and all 10 toes and both of your thumbs (but not hands).
  24. Splash the deck by making underwater waves only.
