  1. Jump in water with splash lower than Coach's Knees
  2. Spin in a circle with head above water and feet off the ground. NO HANDS!
  3. Do 3 Bottom of the pool push-ups w/out floating up
  4. Sit on the bottom with legs crossed and hands on knees. Hold for 2 seconds.
  5. Splash the deck by making underwater waves only.
  6. 5 Flips in 10 seconds
  7. Hold an underwater handstand for 3 seconds
  8. Nose, bellybutton, and big toe on the bottom of pool at the same time
  9. Streamline w/ a free kick as long as you can UH2O
  10. 2 consecutive backflips with no arms
  11. Lay on your side and paddle your arm like a canoe, not pushing past your hips.
  12. Perform a cannonball from pool deck with biggest splash possible
  13. Float on your back with your face above water and all 10 toes and both of your thumbs (but not hands).
  14. Do 5 log rolls on top of the water without stopping
  15. Swim like a Dolphin in the shallow end
  16. Do 4 BR kicks on your back where knees never touch surface
  17. Swim width of pool with Rubber Duck on head
  18. Float like a star on your back for 15 seconds without kicking or moving hands.
  19. Swim to 1/2 way with no breath and only 3 strokes
  20. Jump in pool with splash higher than Coach's Shoulders from deck
  21. Laying on stomach, swim backwards without kicking
  22. Float in middle of water on side in "Goldilocks Zone"
  23. Float on your back, on the surface, keep both feet touching the wall. Hold it for 5 seconds.
  24. Do an IM for the width of the pool. At least one of each stroke.
