  1. Lay on your side and paddle your arm like a canoe, not pushing past your hips.
  2. Swim width of pool with Rubber Duck on head
  3. Streamline w/ a free kick as long as you can UH2O
  4. Do 5 log rolls on top of the water without stopping
  5. Sit on the bottom with legs crossed and hands on knees. Hold for 2 seconds.
  6. Hold an underwater handstand for 3 seconds
  7. Splash the deck by making underwater waves only.
  8. Nose, bellybutton, and big toe on the bottom of pool at the same time
  9. Float in middle of water on side in "Goldilocks Zone"
  10. Float on your back with your face above water and all 10 toes and both of your thumbs (but not hands).
  11. Jump in pool with splash higher than Coach's Shoulders from deck
  12. Spin in a circle with head above water and feet off the ground. NO HANDS!
  13. Laying on stomach, swim backwards without kicking
  14. Perform a cannonball from pool deck with biggest splash possible
  15. Swim to 1/2 way with no breath and only 3 strokes
  16. Jump in water with splash lower than Coach's Knees
  17. Float like a star on your back for 15 seconds without kicking or moving hands.
  18. Do an IM for the width of the pool. At least one of each stroke.
  19. 2 consecutive backflips with no arms
  20. Do 3 Bottom of the pool push-ups w/out floating up
  21. Do 4 BR kicks on your back where knees never touch surface
  22. Swim like a Dolphin in the shallow end
  23. 5 Flips in 10 seconds
  24. Float on your back, on the surface, keep both feet touching the wall. Hold it for 5 seconds.
