  1. Do 4 BR kicks on your back where knees never touch surface
  2. 5 Flips in 10 seconds
  3. Do 5 log rolls on top of the water without stopping
  4. Hold an underwater handstand for 3 seconds
  5. Perform a cannonball from pool deck with biggest splash possible
  6. Splash the deck by making underwater waves only.
  7. Float on your back, on the surface, keep both feet touching the wall. Hold it for 5 seconds.
  8. Swim to 1/2 way with no breath and only 3 strokes
  9. 2 consecutive backflips with no arms
  10. Do 3 Bottom of the pool push-ups w/out floating up
  11. Streamline w/ a free kick as long as you can UH2O
  12. Float like a star on your back for 15 seconds without kicking or moving hands.
  13. Nose, bellybutton, and big toe on the bottom of pool at the same time
  14. Spin in a circle with head above water and feet off the ground. NO HANDS!
  15. Do an IM for the width of the pool. At least one of each stroke.
  16. Laying on stomach, swim backwards without kicking
  17. Jump in water with splash lower than Coach's Knees
  18. Swim width of pool with Rubber Duck on head
  19. Sit on the bottom with legs crossed and hands on knees. Hold for 2 seconds.
  20. Float on your back with your face above water and all 10 toes and both of your thumbs (but not hands).
  21. Jump in pool with splash higher than Coach's Shoulders from deck
  22. Swim like a Dolphin in the shallow end
  23. Lay on your side and paddle your arm like a canoe, not pushing past your hips.
  24. Float in middle of water on side in "Goldilocks Zone"
