  1. Disable Atlas for T17 (Bosses having Shrines/League mechanics in the room)
  2. Make T17s modifiable. (Maybe Chaos-reroll only?)
  3. Blight without +1 Oil Level Scarab feels terrible. Consider rework for Atlas Tree/Scarab?
  4. Rework Betrayal to be good again. Nothing but Intervention/Catarina matters
