  1. Blight without +1 Oil Level Scarab feels terrible. Consider rework for Atlas Tree/Scarab?
  2. Fix Corrupting Maps deleting Conquerors/Blighted Maps Implicits
  3. Rework Betrayal to be good again. Nothing but Intervention/Catarina matters
  4. Buff Betrayal rewards (No Veiled Chaos drops from Catarina in 5 tries?!)
