  1. Fix Corrupting Maps deleting Conquerors/Blighted Maps Implicits
  2. Disable Atlas for T17 (Bosses having Shrines/League mechanics in the room)
  3. Revert some of the Uber Drop changes (Omni most of all)
  4. Rework Betrayal to be good again. Nothing but Intervention/Catarina matters
  5. Buff Betrayal rewards (No Veiled Chaos drops from Catarina in 5 tries?!)
  6. Blight without +1 Oil Level Scarab feels terrible. Consider rework for Atlas Tree/Scarab?
