  1. Fix Corrupting Maps deleting Conquerors/Blighted Maps Implicits
  2. Disable Atlas for T17 (Bosses having Shrines/League mechanics in the room)
  3. Make T17s modifiable. (Maybe Chaos-reroll only?)
  4. Buff Betrayal rewards (No Veiled Chaos drops from Catarina in 5 tries?!)
  5. Blight without +1 Oil Level Scarab feels terrible. Consider rework for Atlas Tree/Scarab?
