You can travel with your dialysis machine and supplies while on home dialysis.
You have fewer clinic visit (about 1-2) per month on PD or HHD
You can do home PD while you sleep
You can still have pets on home dialysis. They need to be away from treatment areas & supplies
PD works around your life schedule.
Your diet and fluid allowance may be less restrictive.
You can do PD without a care partner.
