You have fewer clinic visit (about 1-2) per month on PD or HHD
HHD dialysis machine is significantly smaller than those used in-center.
PD requires supplies, so you will need a place to store them.
You can schedule your HHD treatments around our schedule
You can do home PD while you sleep
PD works around your life schedule.
If storage is an issue, supplies can be sent out to you in smaller shipments.
HHD is associated with shorter post-dialysis recovery time.
