Chapter 3 will feature an item or some type of event, that happens only if its during Weird Roure.
An attempt of Ralsei and Noelle to get along, which ends up with nothing.
The festival will be useful to get some good items for Dark World.
Toriel is not gonna see Ralsei up until the end of the chapter.
