  10. Leadership will intervene and attempt to resolve the behavior through conversation.
  11. Ensure no one returns to the building for personal belongings.
  12. Inform the Leadership Team of the fire location.
  13. Use calm, neutral language to de-escalate the situation.
  14. Offer the child space to cool down before continuing the conversation.
  15. Immediately check your phone for a mass text alert from the Leadership Team
  16. Listen for instructions from campus security or the fire department.
