  10. Offer the child space to cool down before continuing the conversation.
  11. Record the timeline of when the child was last seen
  12. Ensure no one returns to the building for personal belongings.
  13. If child is unresponsive or having a seizure, activate Code Blue and begin care.
  14. Ensure the shelter space is away from windows and doors
