7:00 -7:30 Process calls offs make sure all 8-9's are covered out the pool and rerouted based off call offs
Techs should be logging in to first job by 8am -8:15
1:00-3 (all jobs should be out of the 7552/0000 and assigned to a technician by 1:30pm)
techs can only do one job at a time once tech login on to job, they will receive their next job
LOFF Non-Productive
Once tech log in to first job the remaining of 8-10's will assign to tech
Break Non-Productive
If work is not out of the pools at the specified times, please inform an FTC supervisor immediately.
Avail Non-Productive
10:00-12 (all jobs should be out of the 7552/0000 and assigned to a technician by 10:30am)
