This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: Zangief gets nerfed, Jamie gets buffs that do nothing (bonus space if its bakkai), Nothing is going to change, defense is made worse, scaling changes, Ingrid is in the files somewhere (BP image mainly), Outfit 4 for 1 character MAYBE 2, dhalsim gets bug fixes, Alex has a bug, throw loops dont change, Japan gets mad at some change, New mechanic, Viper gets buffed to top 5, chun li gets buffed despite being good, ken sa2 change reverted, ryu stays the best shoto, jp nerfs, mai nerfs stays top 3, ryu nerfs, rashid sa2 changes somehow, luke gets nothing, honda gets nerfed with minimal buffs, blanka gets nerfed but they do nothing and gets good "compensation": buffs and sagat gets buffed (doesnt need them).
