Untitled Bingo

This bingo card has a free space and 39 words: leans over front desk, complains about expired rx, goes to look at frames when told to sit in waiting area, asks for very specific pricing over the phone, takes forever to fill out form, Karen!!, hung up on you when you called them, gives off sexist vibes, askes "well, why didn't anybody tell/call me?" about something they were definitely told, pulls out insurance during the final sale, even though they were asked earlier, calls last minute to cancel appointment, voicemail not set up, comes in 10+ minutes late like nothing happened, no shows 3+ times, "can I speak to the manager", complains about pricing, complains about driving to the wrong place, picked up progressives a few days ago, complaining they can't use them, doesn't watch their kids, calls to ask for directions, voicemail is full, doesn't fill out patient forms ahead of time, asks you to pull up their insurance without knowing their vision provider, thinks we are the eye clinic, gets upset we do not bill medical, acts like door is locked, asks if glasses are ready less than a week after ordering, puts glasses back in wrong place, you took medicaid last year, my insurance is on file from last year, why do i have to fill out this form, i did it last year, dressed inapropriatly, eats in waiting area, complains we do not take their insurance, but you said these were scratch proof, upset they don't have a warranty, asks if there are any other discounts you can give them, wants you to email their rx and "you did last time".
