Could be regarding a change in F & B menu, to discuss new hotel renovation plans and designs, or to (re)name a meeting room., Send odd holiday cards (not major holidays), Review the Mix of Sales with the revenue management team., View how our hotel is displayed on the booking tool and in the GDS from an in house traveler and/or the preferred agency., Create a form that lists all potential departments that you can solicit/qualify., Keeping soliciting until you can check off all departments., Send welcome notes to all HHonors guest while they are in house asking them to let you know if their stay does not meet 100% (or more) satisfaction., Implement some F & B promotions to get the customers in your hotel- example WII tournaments. Send monthly schedule to customers and Determine our strategy for next year’s pricing..
