This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: Your next appointment is here but you're still on the phone from the last one, You call client 4 times while they are in the parking lot and they don't answer, Client wants a video appointment at the last minute, You go to call the client and the number they gave reception is nowhere to be seen on their chart, Client shows up 20 minutes early and complains that Dr. is late, You put the client on park for payment but by the time someone is free the park order has changed, Patient goes back out to the car and client asks if their nails were done, Client emails blurry close up photo of skin with no orientation as to location or size, Client mentions in passing that clinical signs have been going on for weeks or months, Client says they will bring records and it's a receipt for an annual from 2015, During video appt, reception cuts out and video is frozen in a funny way and you have to hold back laughter, You tell a white lie that computer isn't working so you don't have to do video call, You walk around in circles looking for a free phone, Client talks to pet during video exam and pet stares at computer (bonus for confused head tilt), Trying to put someone on park and accidentally hang up on them, Client calls to say they have a voicemail from us but didn't listen to it and don't know who called, When you ask client when is a good time to reach them, they say anytime, always home, Client calls to ask for meds that either have never been dispensed, or haven't in over a year, You wish all dogs and cats would be hairless breeds to, You need previous records for new pet, but their previous vet is closed for the foreseeable future, Client's phone dies while they are in parking lot and they forgot car charger, You forget how to be around clients in person and when you have to do euth, becomes much more awkward, The definition of essential care has changed vs yesterday's definition and You suspect that this appointment is all a scam in order to get nails done!.
