Unit Guidlines

This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: Clients are not permitted to go on smoke breaks in pajamas or robes., No jeggings or leggings are to be worn at any time on or off the unit., Clients are not allowed to be in other client’s rooms., No tank tops, spaghetti straps, see through or thin white tee shirts., Phone times are 10 minutes. Any changes to phone sign up should be made through staff., Cigarettes for the next day are to be signed out at night., All cigarettes and RS lighters are to be turned in at bedtime., No clothing with holes. (Pants or shirts), No provocative clothing!! (Tight-fitting, low cut, revealing, etc.), Drop off times 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday and on Saturday 9:00 am until 10:00 am., No food is permitted to be brought back from cafeteria unless sealed and approved by staff., Clients are allowed to have $30 on them at one time., All cigarettes and RS lighters are to be turned in at bedtime., NO sleeping in the family room, NO lying on the furniture., Clients are not permitted to talk or pass notes with other clients on other units., No food or beverages are to be in the client rooms., Sunday afternoon is reserved for client’s children to visit from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm., Shoes are to be worn at all times on the unit., All cigarettes and RS lighters are to be turned in at bedtime., Clients are not permitted to open doors for visitors, guest or employees., Room Doors should be open during program time., Children must arrive by 2:15pm or they will be denied a visit., Staff Splitting – the act of asking different staff member when you do not received a desired response from the first staff member. and Clients are to knock on staff door before entering (wait to be acknowledged)..
