Unit Guidelines

This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: Sunday afternoon is reserved for client’s children to visit from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm., Clients are not permitted to open doors for visitors, guest or employees., No clothing with holes. (Pants or shirts), No tank tops, spaghetti straps, see through or thin white tee shirts., Drop off times 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday and on Saturday 9:00 am until 10:00 am., All cigarettes and RS lighters are to be turned in at bedtime., Cigarettes for the next day are to be signed out at night., Client are allowed to have $30 on them at one time., Clients are not allowed to be in other client’s rooms., Children must arrive by 2:15pm or they will be denied a visit., No provocative clothing!! (Tight-fitting, low cut, revealing, etc.), Staff Splitting – the act of asking different staff member when you do not received a desired response from the first staff member., Vending items are not to be kept overnight., NO sleeping in the family room, NO lying on the furniture., No jeggings or leggings are to be worn at any time on or off the unit., Room Doors should be open during program time., Clients are not permitted to go on smoke breaks in pajamas or robes., Phone times are 10 minutes. Any changes to phone sign up should be made through staff., No food is permitted to be brought back from cafeteria unless sealed and approved by staff., Shoes are to be worn at all times on the unit., No food or beverages are to be in the client rooms., Adult visitors must arrive by 7:15pm or they will be denied a visit., Clients are to knock on staff door before entering (wait to be acknowledged). and Clients are not permitted to talk or pass notes with other clients on other units..
