This bingo card has a free space and 40 words: Wash hands with warm soapy water for 20 seconds., Tie long hair back, Plug in appliances with dry hands, Thaw meat in the fridge, Immediately wipe up spills, Sit on chairs, not on countertops or tables., Keep cupboard doors and drawers closed when not in use., If an item breaks, immediately clean up., Taste food with a clean utensil, not fingers., Don't double dip, Wash dishes in warm, soapy water, rinse well and air dry if possible,, If dish towel drops on floor, place in blue basket,, Put dirty towels in blue basket at end of lab, Watch out for baggy sleeves near stove tops,, When in doubt, throw it out., Use food by the safety date, Wash fruits and vegetables before eating, Avoid cross contamination, Open a pan lid away from your face, Turn handles of pans inward on the range top, Never leave a stove unattended, Don't put metal in microwave, Cut away from yourself when using a knife, Let food cool or set before eating, A sharp knife is safer than a dull knife, Let hot pans cool before placing in dish water, Chew food well before swallowing, Cough away from food, Wash your hands after sneezing or coughing, Use oven mitts or potholders when lifting hot pans, Put cold water on burns immediately, If you catch fire, stop, drop and roll, Know location of fire blanket, fire extinguisher and telephone, Run cold water when using a garbage disposal, Danger zone for food is 40-140 degrees, Don't let refrigerated food set out more than 2 hours, Wash knives separately, Don't stick anything in a blender when running, If you are sick, refrain from cooking. and Use pasteurized eggs when eating raw egg products.
