This bingo card has 6 images and 24 words: Measuring vital signs can provide important information about the stat of critical body functions, A full set of vital signs includes TEMPERATURE, BP, PULSE, O2 saturation, and RESPIRATORY RATE, Abnormal vital signs may indicate the need for emergency treatment., It is important for clinical staff to know the normal vital sign ranges based on patients' age, height, weight and gender., Rational for not obtaining vital signs MUST be documented in EPIC under comments in the vitals section., We will use MAGNETS placed on RIGHT side of door frame to alert provider of abnormal vitals.
