This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: go to bed before 12:30am every week night for 1 month, improve diet, drink at least 2 starbucks tumblers of water a day (about 40oz), read for at least 30 minutes every day, learn more about the spirituality aspects you're interested in, go to the gym at least 3 times a week & try more strength training, eat at least 2 full meals a day, keep on top of bills, only buy resale (exceptions: bras, underwear, socks, & swim suits, get up before 7 am every weekday & before 10 am weekends/holidays for 2 months, go out with friends more often - like actually be social (happy hour included), create a cleaning schedule (& stick to it), go through closet every other month, don't buy things just bc they're pink - think critically before purchasing, stop picking at skin/popping pimples (blackheads excluded), learn to sew, journal at least every other day, try new foods at least once (if you have not tried them before), learn more about F1/cars in general (ask dad, listen to podcasts, watch youtube videos), learn a new language - practice at least 5 times a week on babble, take more photos/videos, less soda, more tea, letting go of things, physically & emotionally (i.e. work on the fomo) and actually make a scrapbook, even if its plain/simple.
