This bingo card has a free space and 61 words: talks nonstop through 90% of the appointment, RIP Toilets, moves appointment up and still no-shows, calls several times in a row after we are closed, patient is nice but the parent/guardian is a nightmare, lies about meds/med history, no clue which tooth needs to come out, has no questions when assistant asks but does when doctor enters, "I have a high pain tolerance", "does the extraction hurt", shows up late and spends 15 mins in restroom, gives assistant and doctor completely different info, skips filling out forms at check-in, demands same-day treatment at consult, half of the schedule disappears, puts fingers in mouth, 4 no-shows in one day, shows up intoxicated, smokes immediately before/after appointment, calls to reschedule an hour after no-showing, asks us to call in a controlled medication, 30+ years old but mom still schedules appts, over 15 mins late but still expects treatment, gets angry when you ask them about medical history, 5 patients check-in at once, misinformation from referring clinic, Seamar actually sends a referral w/ xrays, Seamar everett walk-in, pt steals sunglasses, pen, or stress ball, someone mentions a squirrel, pt brings entire family, pt leaves the room in the middle of appt, pt blocks our #, pt puts their stuff on the surgery cart, got uw referral but keeps trying to schedule w/ us, meth, pt tries to enter thru back door, self diagnosis, harassment, technical issues, minor checks in w/out parent, takes shoes off, patient slams door, mentions plant in OP 4 looking like weed, schedules same-day and no-shows, pt phone goes off/plays video at full volume, pt falls asleep, wrong tooth on referral, serial killer vibes, stands at front desk to fill out forms, pt is clinically insane, patient ships staff, pt doesn't know how to use their phone, translator /translator pt no-shows, ghosts, spontaneous therapy session, someone calls pretending to be the pt, caregiver is actually useless, adult pt's guest answers for them, pt gets mad when you say no smoking and screamer.
