This bingo card has a free space and 29 words: stands at front desk to fill out forms, schedules same-day and no shows, over 15 mins late but still expects to be seen, shows up intoxicated, spontaneous therapy session, pt blocks our number, has no questions when assistant asks but does when doctor enters, talks nonstop through 90% of the appointment, calls to reschedule an hour after no-showing, 30+ years old but mom still schedules appts, 5 patients check-in at once, shows up late and spends 15 mins in restroom, thought they were coming in for a dental cleaning, PITA, gives assistant and doctor completely different info, pt is clinically insane, pt leaves the room in the middle of appt, pt brings entire family, mom thinks she knows better than the doctor, cute kid excited to pick out their colors, mom has crush on Dr. Burke, can't pronounce pt's name so has to say it really fast, somehow has a connection to Dr. Beckstrom, gets treats from other offices, pt phone goes off/plays video at full volume, half of the schedule disappears, "does the extraction hurt", can't keep mouth open and didn't know teeth move if you don't wear a retainer.
