This bingo card has 25 words: patron gives you hope, hit on by a patron, help patron print etc, where is the holds shelf?, learn something new:, interact with (named patron), security MIA at inopportune moment, somebody plays with the train set, phone call about hours or renewing, help somebody apply for a card, someone brings a pet, something generally weird, can I get a guest pass?, horizon/RFID not working, somebody checks out a book you want to read, find a lost item, patron offers you a snack, let me speak to your manager, someone checks out over 10 books, somebody asks where the bathroom is, check in damaged book, someone falls asleep, someone works on the puzzle, patron asks for the stapler or tape and call the cops!.
