This bingo card has a free space and 24 words: never writes ideas down, WAY too ambitious, doesn't read player backstories, no plan for campaign end, afraid to tell players NO, relies way too much on improv, too many different stat blocks in combat, way too much exposition, incoherent NPC motivations, overuses rule of cool, everything is a fetch quest, overestimating the players, underestimating the players, doesn't vet the character sheets, excessive worldbuilding, afraid to tell players YES, abusing rule zero (DM always has final say), making death meaningless, overuse of time travel, not sleeping before the session, over-prepping for the session, focusing too much on a single PC, DMPC's, generally and the DM forgetting they're ALSO a player and their fun matters at the table too.
