  3. Crabby cleanup. Tidy up your room while walking like a crab. Put the items on your belly as you crab walk around your room
  4. Get to bed early or on time
  5. Walk and talk: ask someone special to go for a walk with you. Tell them about something important to you and listen while they tell you something important to them
  6. Help decide on and make a healthy snack
  7. Practice walking at different speeds, skipping, hopping, galloping, leaping and sliding in different directions
