Help with five chores around the house or yard
Crabby cleanup. Tidy up your room while walking like a crab. Put the items on your belly as you crab walk around your room
Line jumps: find or make lines on the ground and jump back and forth at least ten times. Rest for ten seconds and repeat, hopefully, ten more times
Between the knees: grab different sized rounded objects and starting with the largest between your knees, try walking around your house. Keep going by picking the next smallest object
Couch Potato Circuit: While watching tv do 10 chair dips, 10 sit ups, 10 pushups, 10 squats
