Crawl like a seal: lie on your stomach with your arms straight out in front of you. Use your arms to pull your body along, keeping your legs and back straight
Inchworm: keep your legs straight and place your hands on the ground. Walk your hands out to a push up position and then walk your feet up to your hands. Continue until you need to rest
Pretend to sit in a chair for 10 seconds, shoot a basketball 10 times, ride a horse, be a frog, lift a car
Two kicks with a tap: Kick your left leg twice and then bend over and touch your toes. Switch sides and repeat 10 times
Thirsty? Drink water instead of soda or a sports drink
Run in place for one minute and then do 10 push ups

Run Fast: pick a distance and run as fast as you can. Time yourself to see if you can get faster
