Get to bed early or on time
Bird walk: waddle like a duck, penguin, fly like a bird, soar like an eagle

Read and Move: Pick a book to read and a word or words that will be repeated often. When you hear the word, stand up and sit down
Follow the leader: Add to the workout with energetic movements such as jumping, stomping, and squatting
Thirsty? Drink water instead of soda or a sports drink
Wheelbarrow Race:
One player in each team must walk on his hands while his partner holds his ankles. Together they go as fast as they can to the finish line, then switch places and race back to start.
