  3. Help create a menu for a meal. Discuss your choice. Make sure to include a vegetable or fruit!
  4. Brush your teeth at least twice a day, make it fun, move your hips in the same direction as the brush
  5. Cover your sneeze and cough with your elbow
  6. Locomotor walk: alternate between walking, skipping, galloping, running, jogging, hopping
  7. Skaters: with your knees bent and body low, hop to your right foot bringing your left foot behind you, repeat to the left side. Do for thirty seconds
  8. Be Mindful: Sit in a relaxed position and focus on your breath. If you start to think about something else, think about your breath again
  9. Clean-up race: Set a timer or put on a song to see who can right the room the fastest.
