  1. Play catch while balancing on a low-to-the-ground object.
  2. E-mail Coach Jen your ideal ninja class schedule.
  3. Write 3 goals you want to accomplish when you return to ninja. Send to Coach Jen.
  4. 10 sit-ups (have someone hold your feet if that helps!)
  5. Tell an adult 2 ways to beat the wobble blocks. Record answer.
  6. Hold an adult's hand and tip-toe up the stairs 10 times.
  7. 2 min dead-hang (can be broken into parts)
  8. Practice 10 long jumps. Record your furthest distance.
  9. Teach a parent how to do a jumping jack.
  10. Have an adult support you in doing the wheelbarrow for 1 minute.
  11. Work with an adult to make a DIY ninja hold. Check out our friend Scott (Backyard Ninja) on Youtube!
  12. Balance on each foot. Record your longest time.
  13. Lead a parent or sibling in our normal warm-up.
  14. Draw an idea for a cool new obstacle.
