10 sit-ups (have someone hold your feet if that helps!)

2 min dead-hang (can be broken into parts)
Repeat 5 times (3 jumping jacks, 10 seconds run in place, 2 long jumps)
Lead a parent or sibling in our normal warm-up.
Have an adult support you in doing the wheelbarrow for 1 minute.
Balance on each foot. Record your longest time.
20 clean jumping jacks (Remember: jumping jacks have two parts)
Tell an adult 2 ways to beat the wobble blocks. Record answer.

Make an obstacle course at home. Record and send to Coach Jen if possible!
Hold an adult's hand and tip-toe up the stairs 10 times.
Draw an idea for a cool new obstacle.
Lead a parent or sibling in stretching. Don't forget what we do at the end of class!
Go outside and practice 10 sprints. This will help with the warped wall!
Make a balance course. Be creative!
Keep your body moving for 5 minutes without taking a break.
Write 3 goals you want to accomplish when you return to ninja. Send to Coach Jen.
Practice 10 long jumps. Record your furthest distance.
Reach out to one ninja friend to check how they are doing (contact Coach Jen for emails).
