  5. Do 10 push-ups/pushes and think about how powerful you are!
  6. Play a song and have a dance party!
  7. Do 15 arm circles forward and backwards.
  8. Do 20 high-knees or running arms
  9. Complete 3 laps/virtual laps as fast as you can
  10. Find a clear space and do 10 kickboxing moves.
