  3. Do 15 jacks!
  4. Do 10 star jumps/shooting stars and shout "Star Power" with each one!
  5. Play sport charades or play your favorite sport (soccer, basketball, swimming) solo or with a buddy.
  6. Hold a plank for 10 seconds!
  7. Do 15 arm circles forward and backwards.
  8. Find a clear space and do 10 kickboxing moves.
  9. With a friend/as a team complete a sit-up challenge - air high-five every time you complete one!
