  3. Complete 3 laps/virtual laps as fast as you can
  4. Do 10 push-ups/pushes and think about how powerful you are!
  5. Hold a balance pose for 30 seconds! Pause, and try again! (Be a tree, a flamingo or something else!)
  6. Move in place while singing the "Girls on fhe Run is so much fun" cheer! Start at a low whisper then go to a shout!
  7. Make an obstacle course - place 3 items in your lap and race around them!
  8. Do 10 star jumps/shooting stars and shout "Star Power" with each one!
  9. Do 20 high-knees or running arms
