  2. Play sport charades or play your favorite sport (soccer, basketball, swimming) solo or with a buddy.
  3. Complete 3 laps/virtual laps as fast as you can
  4. Make an obstacle course - place 3 items in your lap and race around them!
  5. Hold a balance pose for 30 seconds! Pause, and try again! (Be a tree, a flamingo or something else!)
  6. Do 10 star jumps/shooting stars and shout "Star Power" with each one!
  7. Hold a plank for 10 seconds!
  8. Play a song and have a dance party!
  9. Do 15 jacks!
  10. For 30 seconds do jump rope arms in all these ways - fast, slow, crisscross, big, and small
  11. Free Choice: You choose how to move!
  12. Do 10 push-ups/pushes and think about how powerful you are!
  13. Do 20 high-knees or running arms
