  3. Hold a plank for 10 seconds!
  4. Free Choice: You choose how to move!
  5. With a friend/as a team complete a sit-up challenge - air high-five every time you complete one!
  6. Complete 3 laps/virtual laps as fast as you can
  7. Find a clear space and do 10 kickboxing moves.
  8. Do 10 star jumps/shooting stars and shout "Star Power" with each one!
  9. Do 20 high-knees or running arms
