  3. Free Choice: You choose how to move!
  4. Move in place while singing the "Girls on fhe Run is so much fun" cheer! Start at a low whisper then go to a shout!
  5. Do 15 jacks!
  6. Do 10 push-ups/pushes and think about how powerful you are!
  7. Play a song and have a dance party!
  8. Do 15 arm circles forward and backwards.
  9. Hold a plank for 10 seconds!
  10. Do 20 high-knees or running arms
  11. Make an obstacle course - place 3 items in your lap and race around them!
  12. Play sport charades or play your favorite sport (soccer, basketball, swimming) solo or with a buddy.
